So far a very pleasant experience. The purchase was smooth and Jordan B. was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Like the X1 wish the seats were not so hard. I would recommend BMW of Bend if I were to buy another BMW but I should have bought the Subaru.

First rate sales experience and follow-up. Jeffrey Stratman helped me last Sunday. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. We went for a long test drive and he went over all details of the BMW SUV that I was interested in and showed me a couple of possible other options. No hard sell or pressure here. The so called large dealers I was used to in So. CA could learn much from this local dealership here in Bend, OR. Just before I left Jeff introduced me to his manager Chris Root. Again, no hard sell. Towed my M3 in after my radiator cracked in the middle of the night. My Service advisor was Kyle Drost who was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to note that I didn’t want the car started so it would overheat nice touch and put my mind at ease. Kept me in the loop the whole time and has helped me on separate occasions coming in for parts overall the best customer service experience I’ve had over multiple dealerships across the country. The service tech who worked on the car was Sam Chandler and the timeliness, quality, and attention to detail was second to none even went as far as replacing different shroud rivets that I had personally broken while working in different places in the engine bay. Above and beyond, wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car in again.
